Commercial Snow Management

Environmental Landscape Management's (ELM) objective is to provide safe and passable conditions at all times. We use detailed weather reports to respond quickly to winter conditions. When snowfall or icing is predicted, ELM sends response crews to standby positions. Frontend Loaders and well equipped plow / sanding vehicles are assigned to managea typical snowfall.

Following a snow storm, we move immediately into snow clean-up. Affected areas are sanded and salted. When necessary, the snow, is removed and hauled away.

ELM trucks are equiped with GPS's allowing us to monitor our vehicles at all times. Reports are generated after each snow or ice event as an additional source of information to assist our customers in minimizing their liability.
